A rather boring photo! But proof of my log book taking shape in New Zealand. After some weeks away looking after my mum I have returned to the task of typing up and printing everything out on A4 paper through a lazer printer to check spelling and see what photo works the best. (Because each day I would take many photos of my scene/object in the hope of success!) I have not printed large format before and realised I needed a bigger printer for this job - so ordered one about a month ago. It takes a while for things for things to get out to our wee colony here - it just arrived yesterday. Bigger than a bread bin. So I am looking forward to driving it and hopefully my next photo of logs books will be more stunning!

Hi Lynn,
New printer - oh, didn't mean for you to go to such expence for the logs........but looking forward to seeing the final pints, the sneek preview is enticing!!!
Good luck with reading up on the printers user instruction book!
LOL I still have the printer in hiding!!! Am having some trouble with the Taiwanese instructions. However, the idea of getting it worked in well as I was having trouble printing out my transparencies for solar plate work - my usual practice - and then this printer was recommended by an artist C.C Barton in the States via Dan Weldon's newsletter. (Hampton Editions LTD). Hopefully two birds with one stone.
Nee how Lynn,
Zhe budhui!
Zhende ma?
Are you sure! This can't be right?
This is a luyinji not a yinshualpin!
Half way through printing the log book onto good paper! Because my paper is thickish and has a ragged edge it wasn't flipping through very easily so I am now printing it out back to back and will bind it 'English' style.
Oh and husband finally discovered the printer yesterday! He likes it so I am not in trouble for shopping!
3/4 way done on printing out the log book!
